While our firm is well-known for its residential real estate law practice, we also have expanded our focus to serve the growing commercial needs of our clients. Our department handles representation of buyers, sellers, and lenders in commercial transactions. We can also act solely as the title and escrow agent or simply act as the title agent in a transaction and issue the title insurance policies. We are also equipped to handle review and negotiation of commercial leases, representing either the tenant or landlord.

We prepare title opinions, title certificates, containment letters, and handle title curative work for commercial transactions. We handle the preparation of any affidavits, easements, containment letters, and any other documentation necessary to consummate the purchase and sale of commercial property. Our relationships with title insurance companies, surveyors and lenders alike can bring added value to your transaction and ensure a successful transaction.
