Kern Autrey Schwartz is a Georgia native and has practiced in the area of residential real estate for more than a decade.  Immediately following graduation from The University of Georgia School of Law, she practiced as a trial lawyer focusing on civil litigation matters before discovering a strong interest in real estate.  Ms. Schwartz obtained her B.A. from Vassar College and she also has a M.A. from Middlebury College. Ms. Schwartz is a member of the Georgia Bar’s real estate section, the Georgia Real Estate Closing Attorneys Association, and the Cobb Association of Realtors.
