Amy H. Bogartz
Amy Bogartz has over 25 years of experience as an attorney, spending much of that time as Associate General Counsel for a manufacturing company in Gainesville, Georgia. In that capacity, Amy’s practice focused on general corporate matters, drafting, and reviewing contracts, conducting product safety reviews, drafting operator’s manuals, and collaborating with the company’s litigation team in products liability litigation matters. In addition to her corporate work, Amy also handles Wills, Trusts, Estates, and Probate matters for the firm.
As a former associate at a large Atlanta-area law firm, an insurance defense firm and Fulton County Superior Court law clerk, Amy also has experience in civil and criminal litigation at the trial and appellate level, corporate formation, mergers and acquisitions and healthcare law. For over ten years, Amy has taught Advanced Legal Writing as an adjunct faculty member at Georgia State University College of Law.
Amy moved with her family from Lancaster, Pennsylvania to Marietta, Georgia in 1980 and has made Georgia her home ever since. She obtained her undergraduate degree at Emory University, her law degree at Georgia State University College of Law and lived with her husband and two sons in Peachtree Corners for over 20 years. Amy recently moved to Big Canoe and is enjoying mountain life!
